About the role
Viva is seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive in a fast‑growing startup environment. This fully remote position is open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning.
- Streamline and improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, and produce data‑driven reports.
- Document processes, oversee project coordination, and facilitate cross‑team communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and handle ambiguity.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
