About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports and event planning.
- Streamline operational workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑team communication.
Required profile
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated pro‑activity and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Experience using Slack.
- Familiarity with Notion.
- Interest in AI tools and automation.
What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime or weekend work.
