About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will bring leadership experience to keep executive operations smooth and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and project coordination.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication and ensure seamless internal coordination.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- At least one prior position held for 2 + years.
- Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
