Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote, full‑time and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
- Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and oversee project coordination across teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work independently, be proactive and handle ambiguity.

- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every six months.
