Bilingual Travel & Housing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Travel & Housing Coordinator to oversee large‑scale travel and accommodation logistics for our field teams. You will manage hotel bookings for groups of 100+ employees, maintain vendor relationships, and provide seamless support under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage hotel accommodations for large groups, including booking, confirming, and tracking reservations across multiple locations.
• Handle last‑minute changes, cancellations, and urgent booking requests while ensuring accuracy of travel details.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel managers, negotiate rates, secure room blocks, and resolve vendor issues promptly.
• Partner with operations teams to align housing with project schedules and report on usage, costs, and trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee travel and housing inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with onboarding logistics, including travel arrangements for new hires and virtual onboarding support.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
