Bilingual Technical Chat Support Advisor

About the role

Join our team as a Bilingual Technical Chat Support Advisor, providing real‑time assistance to customers in English and Spanish. You will troubleshoot device, service and account issues, delivering a positive and efficient support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound chat inquiries, diagnose technical problems, and guide customers to effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Work in a metrics‑driven environment, meeting quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to adapt to changing processes.
• Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback and working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiple software applications and basic troubleshooting of devices and services.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
