Bilingual Talent Sourcer – Data Center Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, bilingual Talent Sourcer to support our data‑center and infrastructure recruiting efforts. Based in Costa Rica and working remotely, you will operate on Central Time hours and help build fast, high‑quality pipelines for technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for data‑center, infrastructure, and facilities roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the data‑center industry.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and submit candidates that meet job requirements.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing KPIs such as outreach volume, candidate submissions, and pipeline generation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS/CRM system.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
• Research the data‑center talent market to identify new sourcing strategies and talent pools.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience sourcing for data‑center, technician, engineer, or facilities roles.
• Track record of success in a high‑volume, KPI‑driven sourcing environment.
• Ability to work Central Time (CT) hours while based in Costa Rica.
