Bilingual SAP BASIS Senior Analyst

About the role

Solventum is seeking a bilingual SAP BASIS Senior Analyst to join its healthcare technology team. You will work with global SAP process and technical teams to ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of both on‑premise and cloud SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAP process owners to understand requirements and resolve incidents in SAP S/4HANA, GTS, BTP, IBP and Ariba.
• Perform core BASIS tasks such as transport management, batch‑job handling, system refreshes, monthly maintenance, parameter tuning and annual DR drills.
• Implement and maintain the SAP landscape on SAP Private Cloud (Rise with SAP) while adhering to quality standards and GXP compliance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, documenting changes and providing status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP BASIS, BTP administration and cloud‑based SAP application experience.
• Bilingual proficiency (C1 level).
• At least one Rise with SAP project support experience and familiarity with SAP TSM and ECS processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori administration, SAP printer troubleshooting and single sign‑on concepts.
