Bilingual Medical Patient Services Coordinator

About the role

The company provides remote administrative and patient service solutions to U.S. medical practices. As a Bilingual Medical Patient Services Coordinator you will act as the front‑desk contact, handling patient communications, scheduling, and insurance verification while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound patient calls, emails and messages, and make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow‑ups.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel and reschedule medical appointments, maintaining accurate provider calendars.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, update demographic information and ensure records are accurate in EMR/EHR systems.
• Update reports, databases and assist with routine documentation and special projects.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts in a medical practice, BPO, CPO or freelance setting.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) with a neutral accent and fluent Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours and collaborate with remote teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
• Experience verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
