BI Developer – Data Warehouse & Azure Specialist

About the role

Join H.B. Fuller, the world’s largest pure‑play adhesives company, as a BI Developer focused on designing and operating modern data‑warehouse solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable data models and build robust ETL pipelines that power analytics across finance, operations, and supply‑chain domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement star/snowflake data‑warehouse schemas, creating fact and dimension tables for reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Fabric Data Pipelines.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4 HANA, CRM systems, APIs, flat files, and other sources.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to support Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Monitor performance, resolve pipeline issues, and ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data‑warehousing or BI development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• SQL Server, T‑SQL
• SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics
• Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake)
• Power BI integration
• Data modelling and ETL/ELT design
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, APIs, flat‑file ingestion
• Spark or Python notebooks for data processing
• Azure DevOps or Git for version control
