About the role
Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Bellperson (also known as a Bellhop). You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and introduce them to rooms and hotel amenities.
- Retrieve, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards.
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to designated locations.
- Maintain bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotels, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with intermediate English proficiency.
- Valid B1 driving license.
