Back-end Architect – Laravel & Azure

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a seasoned Back-end Architect to lead the design and implementation of high‑performing, secure backend systems. The role focuses on Laravel‑based applications hosted on Microsoft Azure, supporting the agency’s digital initiatives across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable backend solutions using Laravel and Azure services.
• Define technical standards, ensure security best practices, and drive performance optimisation.
• Lead technical decisions independently and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery of backend components.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend development and architecture.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make independent technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ to C1 level.
