Auxiliar de Limpieza TA

About the role

The Auxiliar de Limpieza TA provides comprehensive cleaning and sanitation services within a medical facility, ensuring all areas meet strict regulatory and clean‑room standards. The role supports the operational team by maintaining a safe, hygienic environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mopping, vacuuming, polishing, brushing and disinfecting of surfaces, furniture, floors, walls, windows and designated controlled areas.
• Follow established EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) procedures, internal policies and medical‑industry standards.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Adhere to dress‑code and clean‑room entry guidelines.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed and ensure proper use, cleaning and storage of equipment.
• Handle and dispose of waste according to company and industry protocols.
• Report any damage or repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate with team members, support business events and maintain 5S orderliness.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic literacy, reading, writing and elementary math skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg, stand for long periods and use stairs frequently.
• Flexibility to work rotating or flexible shifts.
• Capability to interpret chemical safety labels and instructions.
