Audience Developer – Unica & Adobe Experience Platform

About the role
We are looking for an Audience Developer to design, build and maintain audience segments that power marketing campaigns and personalization initiatives. The role is fully remote and will work with Unica and/or Adobe Experience Platform to translate business needs into actionable segmentation logic.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage audience segments using Unica and/or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Translate business requirements into segmentation logic and activation workflows.
- Support campaign activation and perform audience validation.
- Conduct QA checks to ensure segment accuracy and data quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and data teams to align on audience strategy.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with Unica and/or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer data and CDP concepts.
- Experience with campaign activation and data governance or privacy compliance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
