Associate, Renewal Sales - Bilingual

About the role

This bilingual position works within a dedicated territory and team for an assigned client, aiming to reach a revenue-based quota by selling renewals and services, including upsell opportunities. The role reports directly to a Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Sell renewals and services to the assigned client and manage a high volume of daily outbound customer contacts by phone and email
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
• Maintain product and technical knowledge to assess client needs and help resolve customer concerns or roadblocks
• Handle objections and manage external competitive pressure to retain customers or win new ones
• Carry out sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer and renewing contracts
• Keep the CRM up to date so all relevant data is captured
• Deliver a professional experience across all customer and prospect interactions

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2 required), verbal and written
• 1.5+ years of experience in sales support, renewals, customer success or account management
• High school diploma (mandatory)
• Availability to work a hybrid modality
• Prior success achieving personal and team sales targets

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Experience managing sales forecasting
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (preferred)
