Associate Project Manager – Support & Tier 1 Projects

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will support PATH Support projects and, on occasion, Tier 1 or maintenance projects. Working under the guidance of a PWS NA Group Manager or mentor, you will gain hands‑on experience in project execution while ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support in Project Management processes such as TP2000 (PATH) and TP3000.
• Assist in managing small‑scale, low‑complexity Tier 1 or maintenance projects.
• Coordinate project activities including order entry, execution, documentation, invoicing and subscription tracking.
• Track and maintain comprehensive project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change notices, project logs).
• Participate in resource planning, forecasting, procurement tracking and risk management.
• Support change management efforts and ensure timely communication with internal and external collaborators.
• Assist in on‑site coordination with customers and internal teams when required.
• Document meeting notes and project initiation details accurately.
• Promote a safety and quality culture by following all applicable policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or related project roles (engineering, proposals, etc.).
• Basic understanding of project management execution processes and fundamentals such as scope, schedule, cost baseline, and contract terms.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
