Associate Project Manager

About the role

Ulteig is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support utility‑scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) engineering projects. You will be involved from project initiation through close‑out, working on both small single‑discipline projects and larger multi‑discipline initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project scope, schedule, and cost, and make key project decisions.
• Lead a collaborative team of functional disciplines to meet planned objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, document updates, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, handle requests for information, and coordinate with Project Controls.
• Ensure resources are available, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide status communications.
• Support leadership on large, complex renewable‑energy projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project administration or management within an engineering or construction environment; power‑industry experience is a plus.
• Basic engineering knowledge and the ability to support solution‑oriented problem solving.
• Strong understanding of project‑management principles.
