Associate People Operations Specialist

About the role

The Associate People Operations Specialist supports the People Operations team by delivering a consistent and positive employee experience across shared services. You will be the first point of contact for contractors and managers, ensuring they are system‑onboarded and ready to perform their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a wide range of HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Initiate and manage Workday transactions, including new‑hire data entry, updates, and document management.
• Leverage data to identify and implement continuous process improvements for scalability and operational excellence.
• Create, adapt, and maintain internal knowledge‑base content to enable self‑service.
• Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc tasks related to the contractor journey across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or as an HR Generalist.
• Experience with contractor and temporary employment processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage high workload volume.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
