Associate, International Freight Services

About the role

The Associate, International Freight Services supports daily international freight operations by coordinating shipments, customers, carriers, and internal teams. The role ensures efficient processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with carriers, shippers, consignees, and origin teams.
• Work closely with freight forwarders, warehouses, contractors, and internal departments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support.
• Monitor costs, revenue, billing, and operational compliance.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues.
• Maintain logistics procedures and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure daily operations meet customer requirements and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating shipments and collaborating with carriers, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
