Associate Director, Commercial (CENCA Region)

About the role

The Associate Director, Commercial for the CENCA region will lead the relationship with distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with Organon’s strategic goals across Central America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Manage distributor and partner relationships to achieve Organon objectives.
• Develop commercial strategies and plans based on market insights.
• Adjust pricing strategy to meet regional market needs.
• Coordinate with Legal and other departments to keep contracts up to date.
• Own sales and demand forecasting processes and ensure alignment with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead business support activities such as billing, credit notes, promotional material approvals, training, and OTC processes.
• Conduct operational reviews with partners, distributors and internal functions (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing).
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.
• Monitor financial aspects, identify potential issues early, and provide visibility on product supply.
• Ensure partner compliance with Organon Code of Conduct and best practices, including training and due diligence.
• Address regulatory issues and local situations that could impact the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience across multiple countries, especially Central America and the Caribbean.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
