Associate Director, Commercial CENCA

About the role

Organon is seeking an Associate Director to lead commercial activities across the Central America and Caribbean (CENCA) region. You will manage distributor relationships, develop market strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with Organon objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies and pricing plans tailored to CENCA markets.
• Oversee contract compliance, sales forecasting, and demand planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead operational processes such as billing, credit notes, promotional approvals, training, and OTC procedures.
• Conduct operational and business reviews with partners, regulators, supply chain, quality and marketing.
• Provide visibility on product supply, manage shipment advances and drop‑shipments, and monitor order‑to‑cash cycles.
• Ensure partner compliance with Organon Code of Conduct and conduct due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience in pharma, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience across multiple countries, preferably in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
