Associate Creative Director, Copywriter

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to lead the development of compelling, cross‑channel campaign concepts. You will work closely with marketers, business leaders, and external partners to turn strategic ideas into impactful creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of copy and concepts for marketing collateral, video/motion graphics, experiential ideas, branding, infographics, web, social media, email, event sponsorships and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research topics, define points of view, and craft key messages aligned with client priorities.
• Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and senior leaders, incorporating feedback to strengthen deliverables.
• Identify and recommend new creative channels, technologies, and approaches to keep campaigns innovative.
• Manage external vendors and resources as needed to meet project timelines.
• Coach junior talent, build relationships with internal clients, and lead internal task forces and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of project management, prioritisation, and handling multiple technical projects with competing deadlines.
• Executive presence with confidence presenting ideas, making recommendations, and advising senior leaders.
