Associate Consultant – Marketing Services Launch Program

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the Marketing Services Launch Program, you will join Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services (ACS) team to help leading brands solve strategic marketing challenges. You will work on data‑driven projects across industries, gaining exposure to technology, digital media, and customer analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within small, cross‑functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies for Mastercard’s clients.
• Analyze customer, behavioral and transactional data to inform campaign targeting and performance measurement.
• Support the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing initiatives, including digital, events, and paid media.
• Provide insights on optimizing customer acquisition, portfolio performance, and paid media efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in marketing, data analytics, and consulting.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
