Associate Consultant – Marketing Services Launch Program (2027)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Marketing Services Launch Program for 2027 in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will work within small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic marketing challenges using data‑driven insights and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, events, paid media and other channels.
• Analyze customer, behavioral and transactional data to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Support the design and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable results for both clients and Mastercard.
• Build and maintain external relationships with client stakeholders, taking ownership of deliverables.
• Gain exposure to a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality and more.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing, data analytics and technology‑enabled consulting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering client value.
