Client Solutions Manager – TikTok

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as a Client Solutions Manager focused on TikTok. Based in Costa Rica, you will help brands and agencies adopt TikTok for their marketing campaigns, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning to generate new business opportunities.
• Consult top‑tier accounts, manage campaigns, and deliver timely performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights on budget, creatives, KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Optimize accounts for increased spend, drive upselling and manage reservation projects.
• Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, share best practices and collaborate on creative ad solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve conflicts, gather feedback for product scaling, and maintain accurate campaign records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management and digital media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and a passion for social media.

Required skills

• Experience with TikTok Ads platform.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad‑tech products.
• Online media planning and campaign optimization.
