Associate Consultant, Marketing Services Launch Program – 2027

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the Marketing Services Launch Program, you will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will work with a small, cross‑functional team to help leading brands solve strategic marketing challenges using data‑driven insights and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital, events and paid‑media channels.
• Analyze customer, behavioral and transactional data to optimise acquisition, portfolio performance and campaign efficiency.
• Take ownership of deliverables, build external client relationships and present actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of multi‑channel marketing strategies and measure results against defined KPIs.
