Asesor de Ventas – Piso (Feria La Esperanza)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive Sales Advisor to work on the sales floor of Feria La Esperanza. You will interact directly with customers, promote our product range, close sales and ensure follow‑up, while maintaining a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the store, answer queries and recommend products.
• Promote and upsell merchandise to achieve sales targets.
• Close sales transactions and perform post‑sale follow‑up.
• Load and unload merchandise, keeping the sales area organized.
• Adhere to internal procedures and commercial schedules.

Required profile

• Completed ninth grade (Noveno de secundaria) or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Availability to work commercial hours and comply with company policies.

Required skills

• Basic use of technological tools (computer, mobile phone).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
