About the role

The Project Commercial Advisor for Flooring & Finishes will develop business opportunities for residential, commercial and institutional projects. You will provide technical advice to clients, manage the full sales cycle and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients, handling residential, commercial and institutional projects.
• Prepare quotations, present commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Follow up on all sales opportunities until contract signing.
• Advise clients on technical specifications, interpret architectural plans and coordinate measurements and site visits.
• Manage product samples, validate project requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, generate reports and coordinate project delivery to the operational team.
• Provide specialized technical support, answer client queries and monitor progress until project completion.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced studies in Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience, preferably selling flooring, tiles, or finishes to architects and construction firms.
• Valid B1 driver’s license, own vehicle and willingness to visit construction sites.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Knowledge of construction materials, especially flooring and finishes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Budget and quotation preparation.
