About the role

The client is a growing financial services organization that helps individuals prepare for retirement. As an Appointment Setter you will work with inbound and warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors. The role requires strong English communication, empathy, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors in retirement‑related conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for advisors.
• Confirm appointments and track attendance to ensure high show‑up rates.
• Update lead and appointment status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to reduce no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Represent the brand professionally, answer basic questions, and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call‑based roles.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive retirement topics.
• Resilient, goal‑driven, and performance‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM system.
