App Builder Developer

About the role

Infosys BPM is seeking an App Builder Developer to design and deliver web application extensions for the Adobe Workfront platform. The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, fail-fast validation of use cases, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web application extensions using Adobe App Builder, React and Node.js within the Workfront ecosystem.
• Partner with internal teams to define and implement reusable extension patterns and guardrails.
• Support rapid prototyping initiatives, pressure-test business scenarios, and apply a fail-fast methodology to assess solution viability.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, providing recommendations and documentation.
• Assist in prioritising enhancement requests, promoting platform governance and scalable development practices.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to define solutions.
