Anaplan Model Builder – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to design, develop and maintain Anaplan models that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce and operational planning across the LATAM region. The role is fully remote and will work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Anaplan models, modules, lists, line items, dashboards and UX pages.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions for FP&A, supply chain, workforce and sales planning.
• Develop and manage Data Hub architecture and integrate data from ERP/CRM systems using APIs, ETL tools or CloudWorks.
• Perform model optimization, troubleshooting and performance tuning, applying ALM best practices.
• Create documentation, test scripts and user training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve planning processes and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Anaplan model‑building experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Anaplan (modules, lists, line items, dashboards/UX, actions & processes, Data Hub, ALM).
• Connected Planning concepts and model optimization techniques.
• Data integration using APIs, CloudWorks, Informatica, MuleSoft or other ETL tools.
• SQL, Excel and data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
