Analyst Data Strategy & Analytics

About the role

Kepler, a digital marketing agency, is hiring an Analyst Data Strategy & Analytics for an entry-level position. You will ingest, clean, transform, visualize and interpret digital marketing performance data, working with clients and internal teams to turn large data sets into dashboards and reports tailored to each client's business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital media, third-party and client data across multiple clients.
• Turn data from different sources into cross-channel visualizations, dashboards and reports for Kepler and its clients.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing goals and use analytics to advance them.
• Develop data visualizations (e.g. Datorama, Looker, PowerPoint) and custom client-facing reports.
• Help identify data discrepancies and issues with campaign tracking or reporting infrastructure.
• Learn testing and custom analysis techniques to measure campaign impact and generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis and analytics, or a recent graduate in data analytics, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in or experience with marketing and digital media analytics (display, mobile, social, search).
• Bilingual English (B2+/C1) and Spanish.
• Ability to self-manage, handle multiple priorities and work in a team.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with SQL.
• Comfort with MS Excel and large data sets.
• Nice to have: online advertising experience (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics), Salesforce Datorama or similar tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau), and knowledge of Python or R.
