Analista financiero – Especialista SAP CO, AF y RE

About the role

We are looking for financial analysts who want to develop their expertise in SAP finance modules. The position is split into three specialized profiles covering Controlling (CO), Fixed Assets (AF) and Real Estate/Contracts (RE). Candidates should have a strong understanding of SAP processes and be eager to deepen their technical configuration skills.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP CO components such as Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers and Segments.
• Support cost planning activities and differentiate primary and secondary costs.
• Manage SAP AF functions including asset class setup, master data, depreciation processes and the full asset lifecycle.
• Handle SAP RE processes for contract creation, IFRS16/NIF16 valuation, periodic accounting and contract adjustments.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment between controlling, asset management and real‑estate modules.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in SAP finance modules (CO, AF, RE).
• Understanding of controlling concepts, cost structures and asset accounting principles.
• Familiarity with contract management and IFRS16/NIF16 accounting standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn technical configuration details.
