Analista financiero – Desarrollo inmobiliario

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the financial management and economic monitoring of our real‑estate development projects. The role works closely with Finance, Accounting and Engineering teams to ensure accurate cash‑flow forecasting and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update cash‑flow models for each real‑estate project.
• Track projected cash inflows and outflows, incorporating sales, costs, construction progress and disbursements.
• Maintain financial models and adjust forecasts as project variables change.
• Analyze financial and accounting data to produce management reports for partners and senior management.
• Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts and highlight variances.
• Support monthly financial statement analysis for each company and project.
• Coordinate with Engineering to monitor construction progress and integrate it into financial projections.
• Control construction cost data, update progress percentages, estimated completion dates and future resource needs.
• Prepare dashboards, indicators and scenario analyses for senior leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (or advanced student).
• 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with technical teams such as Engineering.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, financial formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, filters) and report generation.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and accounting data.
