AI UX Designer

About the role

An experienced AI UX Designer is sought to design intuitive, human-centered experiences for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilots and intelligent assistant solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers and business stakeholders to turn complex workflows into simple, trusted and actionable AI-powered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Copilots and AI-assisted workflows.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models and tablet-friendly experiences.
• Map complex user journeys and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and assistance.
• Make AI recommendations explainable, relevant and actionable.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping and vibe-coding tools to build and validate concepts quickly.
• Run user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping and AI-specific edge-case testing.
• Define UX success metrics and improve experiences based on user feedback.
• Develop reusable AI UX patterns, standards and design-system components.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and business teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing Generative AI, Agentic AI, conversational AI or AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Preferred: experience with AI explainability, recommendation systems and human-in-the-loop design; experience designing AI solutions for sales, commercial, healthcare or life sciences; experience building tablet or field-user experiences.

• Figma, including AI-assisted prototyping
• User research, usability testing, design thinking, wireframing and prototyping
• Preferred: familiarity with Cursor, Visual Studio Code AI extensions, GitHub and design-to-code workflows
