AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer & Evaluator to help shape the next generation of artificial‑intelligence models. Working remotely, you will provide high‑quality, real‑world input that guides how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across a variety of domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual correctness.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to inform ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain meticulous records of all annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex subjects such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal topics.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.
• Strong analytical and critical‑reading abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Prior exposure to AI training, human‑in‑the‑loop systems, or quality assurance of AI‑generated content is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
