AI Modernization Architect

About the role

We are looking for an AI Modernization Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge software solutions that leverage AI to modernize enterprise applications. In this role you will shape the technical vision, create robust architectures and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define modern software frameworks, system interfaces and application prototypes.
• Identify and remediate architectural weaknesses and enforce enterprise‑wide design standards.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements and project goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering architecture, design processes, component integration and testing guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application modernization and solution implementation.
• Hands‑on ability to build agents, workflows or technical components.
• Experience delivering MVPs or demos for validation.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to work within cross‑functional teams.
• Growth mindset with a focus on customer success and inclusive collaboration.
