Agile Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across complex, multi‑workstream initiatives. This role blends Scrum Master and Program Manager responsibilities, ensuring agile teams operate efficiently while managing cross‑team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate program execution across multiple teams and vendors, aligning work with business objectives.
• Identify, track and communicate cross‑team and cross‑vendor dependencies.
• Maintain program governance, delivery plans, RAID logs and status reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively manage risks and impediments, driving mitigation and escalation as needed.
• Produce executive‑level status reports, dashboards and regular stakeholder updates.
• Utilize Jira and other Agile tools to monitor progress, track metrics and ensure visibility.
• Support release planning, roadmap alignment, milestone tracking and execution management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Proven ability to manage inter‑team dependencies and multi‑vendor delivery.
• Strong risk identification, assessment and mitigation skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience presenting executive‑level program updates.
