Admissions Coordinator – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Admissions Coordinator to join our remote team and drive enrollment for career‑training programs. This is a high‑conversion inbound sales position where you will guide interested prospects through the enrollment journey, answering questions, handling objections, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospective students in English and Spanish.
• Follow up promptly with warm leads generated via website inquiries and referrals.
• Assess each prospect’s goals and recommend the most suitable training program.
• Explain program details, schedules, tuition, funding options, and enrollment requirements.
• Handle objections confidently and aim to close enrollments during the initial contact.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring no qualified lead is missed.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM and keep lead status up to date.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, or telesales.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation capabilities.
• Comfortable working toward sales and enrollment targets.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience with CRM systems for lead management.
• Familiarity with Dialpad or similar VoIP phone platforms.
