About the role

The Store Manager will plan, direct and supervise all daily operations of the retail outlet in San José, ensuring sales, profitability and customer‑service targets are met. The role involves leading the team, managing resources and guaranteeing a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, develop and supervise store staff, coordinating training, evaluation and career development.
• Achieve and monitor sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage inventory, cash registers, cash counts and asset control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and safety standards.
• Analyze commercial and financial indicators to support decision‑making.
• Create action plans to increase sales and improve business results.
• Maintain constant communication with support areas across the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, Branch Manager or similar commercial leadership role.
• Proven experience in team management, KPI monitoring and meeting commercial goals.
• Experience handling inventory, cash registers, cash counts and asset control.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred background in retail, mass‑consumer, electronics, technology, furniture or financial/commercial sectors.
