Accounts Receivable Clerk III

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Clerk III manages daily cash application, remittance processing, and customer payment posting across multiple ERP systems. The role ensures accurate, timely posting of payments while supporting overall AR operations and financial accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily cash applications in Made2Manage, IQMS, and QAD ERP systems.
• Manage AR and remittance mailboxes, research unapplied cash, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Process credit‑card transactions and maintain accurate cash posting records.
• Prepare aging and forecasting support reports, update customer account documentation, and assist with account reconciliations.
• Support portfolio management, collections follow‑up, and escalation activities for assigned accounts.
• Provide backup for Senior Analyst duties during absences or high‑workload periods.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of accounts receivable experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience using ERP systems: IQMS, QAD, Made2Manage.
