Accounts Payable Representative (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Accounts Payable Representative will handle high‑volume invoice processing for U.S. and LATAM operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. This 6‑month contract position supports internal stakeholders and contributes to continuous improvement of invoice workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Process high‑volume invoices (PO, non‑PO, and other types) for U.S. and LATAM sites.
• Perform three‑way matching of invoice, purchase order, and receipt.
• Validate invoice data for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and exceptions.
• Collaborate with requesters, procurement, and receiving teams to address issues.
• Ensure invoices are processed within service‑level expectations.
• Support initiatives to improve invoice processing efficiency.

Required profile

• Technical degree in accounting or current student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing (LATAM experience preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and customer‑service orientation.
• Portuguese knowledge is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP, JDE, COPA or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in three‑way matching and invoice validation processes.
