Accounting & Reporting Analyst (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join our Global Business Solutions Finance team on a fixed‑term basis. The role supports Accounting‑to‑Reporting (AtR) activities across the Americas, offering exposure to multiple markets and close collaboration with regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements and corporate accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and timely responses.
• Partner with GL, Intercompany, Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Analyze financial results, identify risks or discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and process standardisation.
• Assist with SAP‑related changes, policy updates and other business transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Record‑to‑Report or Accounting‑to‑Reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, including reconciliations, accruals, journal entries and financial close.
• Experience in multinational or shared‑services environments.
• Advanced English required; advanced Spanish strongly preferred; Portuguese a plus.
