Accounting & Investment Banking Professional – OCFO

About the role

Edgewater Strategy Group is looking for an Accounting, OCFO & Investment Banking Professional to join its Costa Rica team. The position is full‑time and based on‑site at Plaza Amara, San Rafael De Escazú, San José.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth financial analyses and develop complex financial models and forecasts.
• Manage accounting workflows and key business systems.
• Perform financial due diligence on transactions and support value‑accretive operational workstreams.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to project delivery.
• Receive mentorship and hands‑on experience across accounting and investment banking functions.

Required profile

• Strong accounting experience with relevant certification(s).
• Solid understanding of foundational finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Technical proficiency in financial modeling and strong analytical skills.
