Accounting Analyst – Month-End Close & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial statements, compliance, and insightful variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close processes, including sub‑ledger management and general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet analysis and prepare detailed monthly variance explanations for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
• Proven experience with month‑end close, sub‑ledger management, and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Fluent English (B2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full‑time onsite availability, five days a week.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
