Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role demands solid accounting fundamentals and the ability to work closely with finance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close processes, including sub‑ledger management and general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform balance sheet analysis and prepare detailed monthly variance reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
• Proven experience with month‑end close, sub‑ledger management, and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency (B2 level).
• Full‑time onsite availability, five days per week.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar continuous‑improvement methodologies (preferred).
