Accountant III – Fixed Asset

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant III – Fixed Asset to join our finance team. The role involves managing high‑complexity accounting processes, acting as a subject‑matter expert within Record‑to‑Report (R2R) and supporting regional and global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for complex R2R topics and accounting judgments.
• Perform and review complex reconciliations and close activities.
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages.
• Coordinate audit activities and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Coach junior and intermediate analysts.
• Lead workstreams within process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Act as deputy to the Team Leader during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Effective mentoring and training abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 4 + years of progressively responsible experience in General Accounting, including exposure to complex, high‑impact accounting areas and audits.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center (preferable).
