Accountant II – General Accounting

About the role

Join TE as an Accountant II, delivering end‑to‑end general accounting processes across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed‑asset, cash‑management, intercompany and reporting tasks.
• Execute month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Analyze discrepancies, propose corrective actions and maintain process documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Interact with operational stakeholders to resolve accounting issues.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in General Accounting or Record‑to‑Report roles.
• Shared Services experience supporting multiple entities (preferred).
• Experience with an accounting ERP, preferably SAP.
• Technical degree in Accounting or a Finance/Accounting undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) with relevant end‑to‑end accounting experience.

• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
