About the role
The Account Representative provides service to customers through inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing sales on Coloplast products and services, handling patient enrollment and repeat orders.
Key responsibilities
- Process leads from external departments and follow up with product offerings.
- Place outbound calls in response to customer inquiries or approved marketing leads.
- Research issues, resolve problems and communicate outcomes to customers.
- Complete and update all pertinent records in Brightree following corporate compliance guidelines.
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers and co‑workers and adhere to departmental and corporate policies.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with a high school diploma.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales and handle high‑volume customer interaction.
Required skills
- Experience with Brightree software.
- Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) processes.
- Call‑center environment experience.
