Account Manager – Seller Success (e‑commerce SaaS)

About the role
Veeqo is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join its Seller Success team. You will help small and growing e‑commerce sellers adopt Veeqo’s multi‑channel shipping and inventory platform, driving higher shipment volumes and product usage.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and guide new sellers through product demos, webinars and one‑on‑one sessions.
- Support existing US sellers to achieve order‑to‑ship ratios above 70%.
- Drive incremental shipments by promoting key features such as bulk shipping and multi‑channel inventory management.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and intervene to reduce churn.
- Share product updates and best‑practice guidance through webinars and written communications.
Required profile
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
- Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead video calls for individuals or large audiences.
- High product knowledge and quick problem‑solving ability.
